Haban ceramics
Ceramics introduced by the Habans (new Christians), which are related to Italian Faenza majolica. Their dishes were covered with lead glazing , the decorations were the so-called 'dazzling bright colours': antimon yellow (Naples yellow), cobalt blue, mangan lilac and turquoise copper green. Although the majority of dishes they made were decorative ceramics or satisfied the needs of rich noblemen's households, they also made ceramics for everyday use with or without led glazing, for example, stove tiles.
