János Balsaráti Vitus (1529-1575)
He was a Calvinist priest and a medical doctor. He was sent to Padua from Wittenberg to finish his medical studies. When he returned home he became Gábor Perényi's doctor in Sárospatak. He wrote two books on medicine, but both of them were lost. He was very likely the author of the scientific term in Balázs Szikszai Fabricius's dictionary.
