Piscator, Ludwig Philipp (worked in Hungary between 1630 and 1648)

German writer and tutor. Arrived at the college of Gyulafehérvár in Transylvania with two of his fellow teachers from Herborn: Bisterfeld and Alsted - with whom he submitted the draft of his school reform to Katalin of Brandenburg. His poetical and rhetorical textbooks were extremely popular.
