Zagreb Chronicle, Várad Chronicle
Zagreb Chronicle
A Latin chronicle, entitled Chronicon Zagrabiense, which survived only in a defective form. It summarises the events from the foundation of the chapter (1093) till 1354. In 1354 the reading canon who compiled the statututes put this to the beginning of a collection of rules regulating the life of the members of the chapter. The author of this chronicle used the text of the Minorite of Buda as his source, and his work became the source of the Várad Chronicle.

Várad Chronicle
A short Latin chronicle, called Chronicon Varadiense, which survived only in a defective form. It desribes the events since the foundation of the chapter (in fact since the removal of the chapter to Várad) till 1354. In 1374 reading canon, Emeric, who compiled the statututes of the chapter, placed this chronicle to the beginning of the statututes regulating the life of the chapter as a historical background. His source was the comparable Zagreb Chronicle.
