Workplace literacy requirements and unskilled employment in East-Central and Western Europe
"By the end of the post-communist transition unskilled employment rates in the CEEs fell to levels unprecedented in the OECD. In 2002, the employment ratios of workers with primary school background ranged between 30 per cent in Slovakia and 47 per cent in the Czech Republic."
